Visitors stepping into Flow in Motion will find Gallery 1 transformed into a space of movement and demonstration. Transparent aqueduct models, glass tubing, and miniature tanks show how water once coursed through the Carriedo system. Curators and facilitators will guide guests as water flows are released into the models, showing how valves control direction, how pressure builds, and how storage tanks hold supply before releasing it. The space buzzes with activity, as guests are invited to shift levers, open gates, and watch water respond instantly to their actions.

The displays are designed to connect directly to the original waterworks: diagrams projected on the walls explain how each miniature part mirrors the full system that served Manila in the late 19th century. Families with children can enjoy it as play, while adults can appreciate the ingenuity behind a system that was cutting-edge in 1882. No registration is needed—visitors are welcome to walk in at any time and take part in the interactive flow.
