San Juan City, Philippines – Relatives of Renato Constantino and Letizia Roxas Constantino, authors of The Philippines: A Past Revisited, visited NHCP Museo El Depósito and the historic underground reservoir on Friday, 29 August 2025.
The group included respected scholar Dr. Randy David and journalists Kara David and Karmina Constantino, who joined the museum’s guided tour through the preserved chambers of the reservoir.
The visits were held as part of the launch of the 50th anniversary edition of the Constantinos’ seminal work, organized by the Constantino Foundation and the NHCP, with support from the Masters of Management Program of the University of the Philippines Manila, Hunters-ROTC Historical Society, and the City Government of San Juan.
Museo El Depósito, along with its sister museum, the NHCP Museo ng Katipunan-Pinaglabanan Memorial Shrine, remains open Tuesdays to Sundays, 9:00am to 4:00pm, welcoming visitors to explore Manila’s underground water system and the rich—
